Help! Guru needed, steering gear seals

My IFS steering gear seal is leaking, will the rebuild kit for an '87 fj60 work on the '87 4runner ifs gearbox ?
I can get the fj60 kit locally for 20.00 less than the other one and not have to wait on shipping.

Input shaft seal? All you need is one seal NAPA part # 7007.....about $4. Depending on wether you have an early (threaded external lock ring, seal visible from outside) or late IFS box, it should take you about 1/2 hr (early box) to fix--------Hans
