1988 3.0 rebuild

Need help. Rebuilt motor installed in truck turned motor over without plugs to get oil pressure up turned over easily then then a slight pop and my rotor stopped turning. pulled timing belt cover turned crank with ratchet easily timing belt slipping on crank sprocket. try to turn cam shafts nothing would move. took timing belt loose lefthand cam turns no problem but right hand turns but very tight. Guess I need to pull upper plenum and valve cover to see whats going on. Any suggestions.

Thanks
