1995 runner SR5 Auto, 160,000 miles cold A/C

Here is the story.
Bought the runner last month and the P.O. had put in a junk yard motor and gave it to his son. After a few years he ran it out of oil. So I got the runner with the old motor. It smelled like the dumpster behind red lobster and the carpet was soaked with coffee. I took out the interior and washed the seat, carpet, dash, ECT… I started rebuilding the engine. All the machine work was done at ATM if Fort Collins the engine kit is ITM. Replaced the crank as the old one was at .75, reconditioned the rods, new water pump, new timing set, has new plugs and wires. The heads had been resurfaced and the cylinders were deglazed, they didn’t need honed or bored.

The block has been reassembled and all the bearings plastigauged. The heads are waiting to be put on the block. I am done with this runner and dont have anymore desire to work on it.
