Ok, this doesnt happen all the time, but usually at stop lights or when I am stopped, I notice it happening. This is on an 02 4runner.

I can hear this little servo type sound doing something, then it'll do it again, and it has been really bothering me. I stopped the truck and looked under the dash to see if I could see it. From the passenger side, its kinda behind the center console. I disconnected a connector that was right in front of it and it stopped being annoying. I am not sure what it is though, and why it wont stop doing whatever its doing. I figured it might be the diverter thing for the a/c to tell it which vents to go to, but after I unplugged whatever was making it go crazy, I was able to change what vents were on.

I also have a problem with the radio giving some sort of hum/feedback when the lights are on. Not sure if they could be related. Anyone have any ideas?
