weird wheel size? 31x10.50xr15 help

I'm trying to replace the rusted out wheels on my truck, the tires are only six months old. I get a heavy vibration when I break or when I hit highway speeds and the rims that came on the truck are supposedly the cause they look like they came off a world war 1 army supply truck, bent, rusted up etc. My question is I'm trying to find the rims to simply put my tires on and remount after being balanced however due to the size of the tires I'm having problems. How do I know what size rims would fit these tires? 31x 10.50x r15 I was trying to go cheap and paint them black my truck is garnet read and I hate chrome, any help would be greatly appreciated.
