replacing calipers rotors and pads.. TROUBLE!

ok i got once side done.. onto the driver side... i go to button everything up and it seems that the brand new rotor is off a bit.. it kinda wobbles and hits the back brake pad... i dont wanna put it all back together if this is gonna chew through the pads.... i took the hub back apart and tried it again with little to no sucess.... anyone know what the issue is?? should i just put it all back together and pump the pedal and hope for the best??

its all new parts

If you torqued one of the rotor bolts too much you could have warped the rotor already. Hope its not that...
