Hey, I am new to toyotas and I just bought a 84 4runner and I have a couple questions. First is oil pressure. When its cold it is around 60psi at idle. Once it warms up it drops to about 40psi. What would cause this? My second question has to do with snorkeling it. It has a weber carb with an open filter and when I splash through water it sputters and sometimes dies. How can I snorkel it with the weber carb and is there anything else I need to do like maybe something with the distributor. Thanks for the help

 

the oil pressure thing is normal....when oil warms it is thin and flows more easily.
