they have them on ebay. ive found single cabs, hilux, and 4runners.

 

yep, their kinda pricy too; my buddy got one and mounted it on one of those xmod truck things from radioshack for his son; it was actually pretty cool

 

Hobby lobby.

 

Lindburg I think makes a 1/32 [1/24?] scale model of the 3 gen truck [standard cab 4x4] and 2 gen runner [4 dr. 4wd]. Revel snaptite did a 1 gen long box 4x4 truck. These are the only scale ones I know about. Some Dealers sell a toy 4runner [current model].
