Shocks

Well, I dont really want to spend 90$/Shock for Bilstien 5125's. What are some other decent 12" stroke shocks that I can get at pretty much any auto parts store? I hear Rancho 5000's arent bad, I have an old set but never tried them.

Any idea's? Im thinking around 40-50 per shock, but I dont want crappy ones, theres gotta be an in between.

Rancho 5000's are cheap and good. i have them now and i used to have TRD Bilstein on my 03 Tundra and really, the Bilstein took more articulation the rancho's are softer.

I would look into OME or Rancho RS9000XL with remote control.

I had some rancho 5000s on the front for a year. I really thought that they rode very stiff and not to enjoyable for light trucks like ours. Actually this weekend im ordering some bilstien 5125 with new shock hoops, just trying to find a place that doesnt charge $250 for shipping to get it too my door.

Since the Bilstiens are a no go try finding some KYB's . I used to run them on my Baja Bugs years ago and they seemed to work great as far as travel and were priced pretty decent.
