Grinding...grinding...cutting and more grinding








Trail queer parts dont fit so well...but meh...cheap









Made a shock mount similar to the stock double shear design with a gusset attached

putting the floor back in sucked balls...not hard...just time consuming



There were some gaps between the door sills and tube





Had some large holes from the upper link brackets







Its the little things like this that take sooo much time

Thanks! I appreciate the kind comments....

It should be on the trail in the next couple weeks...just have to finish up the sliders, plumb gas and brake lines, front bumper and mount winch

St. Louis huh? do you ever make it out to the cliffs or badlands or flat Nasty. Love to see it in person. Dont get to see many 2nd gen truggies.

Wow, I don't use to like the truggies nor chopped 4Runners but this is very cool. Can't wait to see it all painted.

Yezzir....we go to Hannibal Rocks, Flat Nasty and the new park Washi ta (near Farmington) We are planning a trip on May 16th to flat nasty...should be a good turn out

Been to Hanibal. Never been to Flat Nasty. I plan to go there later this year. There is some large event there every year in like aug or sept. Ive missed the last couple years but plan on doin it this year. Maybe Ill see ya down there.

Not only am I impressed with your build, I am also impressed you using the proper safety gear when cutting and grinding. It really bugs me when I see guys cutting and grinding with out face shields and leather gloves. I don't think the TV shows are setting good examples.

I have subsribed to this thread to see how she turns out!
