2nd Gen: Door panel plastic plugs/clips

Ya know, the kind that hold the door upholstery panel to the door?

I've got a 2nd gen 'Runner and it came with some busted plastic "plugs," leaving the panel loose.

Where do I get new ones?

Thanks

Qdude,
I just bought some at my local NAPA store. Try just about any larger chain parts store, they should have them or can get them for you. Good luck.

The dealer is what I was/am trying to avoid. I need plastic clips at plastic clip prices, not gold-plated.

Stuff like that is not too bad at the stealer. I had to replace all the ones on one of my back panels after I pulled it off to do a speaker replacement. If your set on not going check autozone/kragens they usually have a decent amount of that kind of hardware.

They didn't. I don't live near one. Was hoping to order some and have them delivered.

do not go dealership. go to the larger stores like pep-boys or NAPA is prob best bet. i went in looking for the same thing and they quotes me about $5 a clip!. waste of money. apperently they stopped making things for the 92 4runners. and they have to go back and make them special. i have some good news tho! there is a toyota parts store right acorss the way from the dealership, and everything is about 60-70% of dealership prices and it is all new!

Yeah, I wouldn't waste my time with the dealership. I enquired about ordering them and the parts guy phoned me back after I'd left with prices...it was around $5-15 per clip!

I nearly choked. He said that he wouldn't bother with them, either, so I went to the local auto parts store.
