Rough idle on 91 3.0

The engine is running like crap up to about 2000 rpm and will still hesitate when past that when i hit the gas. i have replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, both belt and the fuel filter. it has 97k miles and just started doin this a couple days ago... anyone got any thoughts that could help me out?

And if both of those are in check run some Seafoam through it, and some in the gas tank.

your tps and timing arnt going to make it run rough after warming up. You probably have a tight valve. You need a comp test
