Im looking to get the complete set of black bumpers for a 1998 4Runner (limited, 4WD) Eventually I want to switch out my complete existing chrome set for a black set that includes the front bumper, the back bumper and the two sides that extend up the truck from the back. I know that dealerships sell the pieces individually at a cost that is astronomical. I was hoping to get a complete set but I can also piece it together if thats what it takes. I would also be willing to swap my chrome for your black. Im open to options. Let me know what you have? I was hoping to get the complete set for around 150 - 200? Thanks!

http://www.certifit.com/ will probably be your best bet..definitely in the price range you are looking for. I don't think the black front bumper will have the holes drilled for the LTD bumper caps..you may have to drill these yourself. If I am not mistaken the 98 LTD only came with chrome bumpers.
