Hey, I have a 91SR5 Auto with 200,000 miles on it. The engine was rebuilt at Toyota and has 60,000 on the rebuilt. My question is about the idle. It wont Idle good at all. I gave it a full tune up and cleaned the throtle. It idles at about 500 rpms most of the time. Some times it will idle great at about 800 and then suddenly dropway down to 400 rpms. The truck shakes bad when the idle is so low. I can hear a ticking int the motor that I think might be a injector, I used BB44 to clean the injectors, It didnt work. Do injectors ever usually need replacing? How hard is it to change them? Any advice on how to fix the idle is greatly appreciated!

 

Turn the idle adjustment screw out a little bit?
