I have an 01' Taco 4x4. I notice that when I go over bumps I can see my bed shaking a little independently from the cab in my side view mirrors. I was told by my buddy that this is normal and they are not supposed to be stiff with the cab, but how much is normal? I also have a 3" body lift, but i did it myself and i know that i tightened with the right amount of tension on the bed pucks. Anyone?? any help is appreciated...

 

Mine vibrates when i go over some bumps, i also get a little bedflex when i articulate. The truck bed never vibrated any noticable amount when i first got it but enough wheeling seems to have enduced it. Ive checked the bed mounts as well as the bedsides and everything is to specs so id say its ok.

 

bed flex is normal.. The frames aren't rigid, they flex.. and the bed is even less rigid.

Be happy your bed doesnt flex like a Ford does
