Is There a differance between front drive Shafts on ABS and Non-ABS equiped 4Runners?

I was thinking of getting this drive shaft as a spare

http://tinyurl.com/2ywbsy

But in the description it says its fits

1996 1997 1998 1999 2000 2001 2002 , 4 Runner , without ABS

I cant see why it would be different, any thoughts?

No, it shouldn't matter.

What matters is if you have locking or auto hubs.

99% sure you have auto hubs You should be good to go.

I would check with the dealer, they could be different. There must be something on the ABS shafts to trigger the wheel sensor.

the speed sensor is a geared ring inside the knuckle assembly. non abs vehicles just have a spacer where the ABS ring would reside. shouldnt matter on the axles.

the only difference as mentioned, is add axles vs manual hub axles. ALL 96+ 4runners have ADD from the factory.

Thanks, I'd already looked through the factory manuals and couldn't find any thing but its good to get confirmed - seems like it was just a bad description.
