just a heads up for anyone in the eastern washington area - i went to evergreen tire here in pullman today to pick up some chains for my car and saw they have a used set of 285/70/17 bfg all terrains w/ ~75% tread left for 200 bucks. sorry if this is in the wrong section, but just giving people a heads up

yea, another coug here. no wheeling for me. dont got my 4runner up here - i have a impreza though, so its somewhat entertaining. you out wheeling? whats the official on school closure? i heard its the first time schools been cancelled in over 27 years.

 

yea, its never been closed in my four years here. I've been out drivin around a little, but with school closed, its even harder to get outa bed.

 

Not true,
WSU closed for a day due to snow in Jan 96 and when downtown Pullman got flooded bout a month later. That was the same flood that immersed UofI.

I believe both U of I and WSU were closed for one day in 2001, or maybe I just called one for myself!

 

dang, i gotta go find out the facts...my friends gf works in the admin office though, and she says it hasnt closed for a loooong time. this is the 3rd time in history, and the 2nd was actually a mistake. hopefully the evergreen gets us up to date on monday.
