ARB CKMA12 Install Question.

Ok I did a bit of searching but didn't get great results. Anyone have any pictures of the CKMA12 (I think that is the #) installed in a 3vze engine compartment. It's ARB's new heavy duty compressor. I think I'm going to go pick one up this morning but I'm not sure WTF I'm going to put it.

May have to explore other locations depending on how element proof it is. Thanks in advance for any tips.

I put it in between the cruise control and the air cleaner. Had to rotate the ignitor/coil out of the way.

That's exactly where I ended up putting it. I bolted it to the inside of the fender. I just recently got rid of that plastic intake tube so that opened up a bunch of room for me to move the igniter underneath it.

Turned out really well. Pretty tight fit but I was impressed by the amount of adjustment ARB built into the bracket. The kit was really complete to. I didn't runto the store for parts once. I did have a few items around though.

Are you happy with it. You use it to air up tires at all or just run your lockers?

I mounted mine the other way (if yours is north-south, mine is east-west). I really like the mounting flexibility and the new air filter.

I use it for both. I got it when my old ARB compressor bit the dust in Moab. This new model is at least twice as fast.

The motor burned up on the new one already, hopefully it was an early production model and they have that worked out. ARB replaced it no problem. Still have to hunt down some air leaks...
