my 4runner was working decently we'll get back to that, but I noticed one of the wires that go to the plug on my egr valve was broken, so I was in the process of fixing it when the wire touched ground and sparked. now I dont know if that is what started this crazy thing with the reving up and down but after i plugged it back in the rough idle problem went away but now I cant go over 30 miles per hour unless I keep off the throttle and under 2000

 

prob fried a fuse. check all your fuses

all fuses under hood and inside look good
