plowing with a 99' tacoma

I was told that your not supposed to put a plow on a 99' tacoma but they didn't tell me why. Anybody know why?

i dont know about mounting issues or such but my guess would be just not enough power, also might be too much weight for the front end

Can you disable the airbags on a '99 Taco? Would that be an issue?
