Uh, yeah, make sure that it's not stolen, because a couple days after you install it, you might have a Crown Victoria following you around.....

Seriously though, make sure that the sub is in good physical condition, and maybe sign a written agreement so that in case the product is faulty, you will get a refund. Make sure that the sub has not been altered, or repaired. Make sure the amp doesn't have any rust on it or anything. Good luck, if that sale is absolutely legit, you just got one helluva deal.

We'll probably be seeing some posts from you in a noise reduction thread fairly soon.

lol yeah i am almost 100% sure that this was a great deal.

heres what happened. i drove 30 miles to hollywood to pick it up. the dude lived right next to a store called "bristol farms"
its the richest store ever (groceries).

a tomato is like 5 bucks (1!)

the guy was rich. the amp has a scratch on the back, but other than that it looks fine. the guy said in an e-mail that i could take it back if it didnt work.

the subwoofer is the heaviest thing on the planet lol!!!
its realllly heavy!!!

amp feels study too, looks new as well.
im a happy camper.
i hope to get this installed by end of janruary (need one more amp for front speakers!)

Yeah, you have a lot more value than that, though. You seem to have gotten pretty damn good deals on all your stuff. Good luck with the install.
