Just wondering who has ordered parts through them? I've priced a parts list that I got from the dealership and can save almost a grand. Any info appreciated

I ordered a dimmer switch through them. Dealer wanted 220 they wanted 100. I accidently ordered the wrong part and called up, spoke to the manager and even though they said no electrical returns they took it back. After talking to the parts guy for a bit I got the right part and was very happy. He took the time away from his busy day to help me figure out the correct part name and get it shipped to me.

Cool thanks, yeah their prices seem crazy cheap and I didn't want to get ripped off with crappy parts and service. I should have ordered all this a month ago when my dollar was at a buck ten.

I have bought several things from them. Their "net" prices are 30% off list. Their over the counter prices are list.
So, I net order the parts, and have them call me when the parts are in. Saves shipping and they are only 1 mile from my work.

Shoot, good idea, I ordered over the parts counter last time, luckily it was just for a couple gaskets and nothing big. I'll do that next time though!

They are a good local dealership. And since they are a dealership, yes these really are genuine Toyota parts.

I have had good luck with them as well. Helpful over the phone if you can't find what you are looking for. Generally ship quickly as well.
