Some Information When Buying a New Vehicle
Hey everyone, this is mainly for the AZ people as I am not familiar with the laws of other states...
Recently I purchased a tow rig for our drag and street car, a few days later I noticed some while powder/film on the kick panel. Immediately I knew what it was (dust from the wet sanding) and called the dealership to question them. They indicated a porter had left the door open and back out only to bend the door back, therefore, the door had to be straightened and painted. As I am sure you could all imagine I was not impressed with this as it was not disclosed and if it was disclosed I would not have purchased that vehicle. To make a long story short they swapped vehicles for me, however, under AZ State Law, a dealership does not have to disclose damage to a vehicle under 3% of MSRP. Bottom line, carefully check the vehicle before buying as well as ask if there had been any damage that they fixed. Hope this helps to prevent any issues for all of you in the future!

Well definitly didn't know that. Thanks Mike. I'm gonna always try to purchase my vehicles from az because I've lived there, and there isn't any rust, no major flooding. Other than the heat and maybe cracking of the dash or leather or somethin, it's the best place for cars.
