Power steering Air Control Valve

I just noticed yesterday a high pitched whistle coming from around my PS pump. Its coming from a hole in the front side of the Air Control Valve.

I searched and found a bunch of stuff on this part but nothing mentions another port on it. There are no lines unplugged so I guess the hole just needs to be plugged.

Anyone else run into this? I just want to make sure I didnt miss anything before I plug it up.

Its a 91 4Runner 3.0
Thanks

Can't help with the number of ports that are supposed to be there and if 1 is supposed to be plugged but, when my fan blew up and broke the valve I just plugged the vacuum lines going to it. It doesn't idle up now when I steer at idle but that's not a big deal to me.

Yeah thats it. But it doesnt show anything but the 2 lines coming out of it.

Im just gonna plug it. Ive looked and looked and there's no other lines unplugged so it must have just been a plug in there.

Thanks for the replies

You can plug the two vacuum lines going to it. All it does is idle the engine up when you to full lock either way on the steering 9to prevent the engine sagging. I bypassed mine 2 years ago with no lasting effects.
