I Have A 91 4runner That Needs The New Engine Installed (3.0 V6)manual Trans . Does Anyone Have Any Idea On How To Get The Engine And Trans Back Together Or Is It Easier To Just Pull The Trans And Put Them Together Then Slide The Pair (engine And Trans)back Into The Truck Any Ideas To Make This Easier Will Be Appreciated Thanks

 

its pretty much always done with them together. do you have a hoist? if the tranny is in there, you should be able to lower the engine in and gently reposition the two back together using a hoist.

 

Do I Need To Use A Jack To Jack Up The Tranny? Or Do I Just Need To Leave It The Way It Is?
