I need to install a switch to toggle this between 4wd and 2wd. It is a JDM unit, so this motor puts it in and out of 4wd. There is a 6 pin (white) connector.

 

My 01 4Runner has a motor actuated transfer case, with a 6 wire connector too. PM me an email address and I'll send you a copy of the wiring diagram, it might help.

 

Look up the e-locker mod wiring (installing into early model), it will be the same as that. Then you can use the factory limit switches and not burn up the motor.

 

Steve, I just emailed you the wiring diagrams from an 2001 transfer case and a 2000 elocker. Hopefully they'll help.

 

Could I possibly get these too as I have this same transfer case on my diesel. And I am looking to possibly do the same thing. I have the 4wd computer for the truck but it just want too much from me so I just want to wire it up nice and simple.
