22re not getting fuel???

I have got a problem with my yota first its a 1989 22re efi 5spd 4x4 and I have searched and done every trick in the book I tried to jump the fuel pump like 4crawler says and nothen. I have done some of the things posted on here and nothen the truck just sets there and spins over. I have replaced the efi circuit open relay and checked all the fuses and changed the efi relay under the hood and still nothing. The pump and filter are new so I know thats not it, but if I spray carb cleaner in the intake or if I hook the pump up straight to the battery it will crank up and run fine. So me and my dad are stumped on this one can anyone help me out also its getting a engine code #43 wich is like sta signal or sumthin is that something to do with it. Any help will be great.

have you tested the fuel pressure?

while cranking the circuit opening relay is activated by the starter circuit to get the fuel pump running once running the switch in the airflow meter holds the circuit opening relay on.

If the fuel pump is not working then you will have to delve deeper into that circuit. I just changed my fuel pump the other day, and found the connector had a burnt pin in it here are some pictures
