My 93 4runner surging bad when i press on the break, and after it starts. I pulled the break fused and it stop. The truck gets piss por gass milage. I thank the O2 sensor need to be replaced, and I put a head gasket onit and broke the efi sensor (green sensor on the intake front side) but the surging has allways done it.
