non vent to vent doors?

Im looking for some new doors for my truck and the only ones i have found are doors without vents. I would like to keep my vents. Is it possible to install the vents onto the non vent doors? Or just keep looking?

Thanks, Brian

drill some holes and make your vents w/some abs ductwork (and make it better )

I know that you can't convert vent to a non-vent. But I'm not sure about the other way around. The doors are slightly different.

YOu cant go one to the other. The vent doors have extra holes drilled, plus a welded brace between the door skin and inner door shell.
