i just got my new radiator and it has what look like trans cooler lines any idea what they are or what i should hook to them

That is exactly what they are for; auto tranny cooler lines.

 

so i just leave them alone

 

If you have a manual tranny then yes, leave them alone. Almost all aftermarket rads have them, it means the company only has to make one type.

 

If you have a manual, yes. Attempting to use it as an motor oil cooler or anything along those lines will be asking for trouble. Just cap the ends of the tubes to keep crap out of them.
