I have a 2000 4runner and the wiper fluid has stopped pumping. Are there fuses that need to be checked or is it likely the pump(s) have failed? Are they easy to replace?

 

my friend's pump went out about 3 months ago. he went to the junkyard and picked one up for like 10 bucks and put it in in 10 mins. he actually bought the whole reservoir so he didnt have to deal with installing the motor. just screwed the reservoir in and connected some wires.

 

i see you are new. welcome, i just joined a couple of months ago and this place is great! i love it.

 

Mine are both toast. The PO cooked a battery under the hood, and it kinda ran down onto the motors.....

But for your problem, you could probably get one at AutoZone, or Pep Boys, or something.
