Built a front tube bumper

Built a front tube bumper
I did this last month, after pushing my stock bumper back on the trails. I started by drawing up the mounting brackets, and had a local guy cut them on a CNC plasma cutter. The main bracket consists of two 1/4" plates. The first one has capture nuts welded on the backside, and was then welded to the frame and painted red. The second plate has the Toyota logos and Toyota cut out in the middle.
With the mounting brackets finished, it was time to bend some tube. This was the first time I done something like this, I was learning as I built this bumper. I spent a couple weeks looking at various designs, and then designed mine as I bent the tubing. I still plan on adding two more small pieces that tie into the stock bumper mounting location.
Here is the bracket, before the bumper was built.

And the bumper before paint.

And a few pics after paint, I love my roundeye headlights.

And a few pics on the trails

Yeah I have been meaning to add the upper bracing... I just have not had time yet. But the brackets are cut, just need to bend some more tubing. The other tie in points will be where the stock bumper mounted to, on the frame horns.

Thanks again guys
Bent the tubing with a pro 105 bender, it take a bit of work, but its not to bad.
The bolts are all half inch grade 8. I had bought the right size bolts for the factory nut inserts, but the inserts were shot.
