2000 tacoma elocker in a 94 4runner

My friends getting rid of his stock diff in his 2000 3.4 TRD tacoma for 5.29's which means his locker might be up for grabs. sooo...

1) if it did just drop in, i'm assuming the 4.10's would kill my 3.0's performance even more than it is already?

2) can i make the elocker work on my stock 4.88's?

3) can i get this locker to work at all w/ my 4runner?

thanks in advance

Re gear the 3rd member to 4.88's, you will have to modify your housing to accept the elocked 3rd member though.

So yes, it can work, but no its not just a drop in.
