new shocks and hooks!!! 88 runner lookie

hey everyone i got my new shocks and got some tow hooks over the weekend also i took off my front "fender"? and i did some painting in the color of black
before---

what do ya think??

Looks good. What brand shocks are those? Good call on getting rid of that valance before it gets mangled like they all do. Also, you probably know this but I wouldn't use those caribiners (sp?) to pull anything.

I've used those hooks before and they don't pull much weight the only thing I trust them for is to hang up my extension cords.

dont pull anything with those "hooks", they will separate and be worthless..not safe, get some d-ring shackles if u really want something there

yeah i know theyre rated at 500 lbs each so thats 1000 maybe ill tow some 1000 pound stuff around ya never know

You'll get sick of hearing them clank around and won't care to much about the look . I don't leave my shackles on the front anymore because of that and they were always dragging on rocks and muddy when I needed to use them.
