Question '99 4Runner Ltd. - need your opinion

IRBIS Off Road has this 1999 4Runner LTD for sale for $13,000. I really like what I see, but I'm not experienced enough to know better, and would like some opinions.

Pics:

Details:
1999 Toyota 4Runner LTD
Auto
4X4
80K miles
New tires
Factory rear diff E-locker

It also comes with a 1 year bumper-to-bumper warranty. I was going to see if they would accept 13,500 for it and have them install their Front Bumper as well(http://www.irbisoffroad.com/bumpers_front-link.asp).

I test drove it today and took some more pictures, which I'll post a bit later if I can get the camera to work. It handled really well, everything seemed to be in order. No rust that I could find, and no body damage either. Engine seemed to run smooth, both accelerating strong and braking hard.

Thoughts?

If you're buying it anyways, and want a 2nd opinion, take it to any Toyota dealership for a pre-purchase inspection and they'll let you know if they see any scary stuff like poor accident repairs, etc.

Last time I had a pre-purchase inspection done on a vehicle I was buying from another city, it cost me around $100, and saved me a lot of headaches, as I would have been buying the vehicle sight unseen.

I dont know about that one..it says its a limited but it has the base chrome front and rear bumpers..limiteds in 99 were colour keyed front and rear bumpers. also no fog lights, etc. now they may have previously swapped out the bumpers with another runner? they may have offered a limited without those options but ive never seen one.

Good eye, i was about to comment on the same thing.

Another opinion...Irbis is very proud of their parts, i have tried to deal with them a few times on some parts (mostly used) and i could not believe the prices they were asking! Personally, i think $13,000 for a 99 is a little steep, but if you like it and dont mind paying that much then go for it.

Thank you for the replies. I'll give them a call when I get off work and inquire on the bumper and foglights. I'll also try to post some more pictures.

There was a member here who sold his '99 Sport model with under 100k for under $9000. I'd offer no more than $13k since it is a dealership but much over that is getting over it's realistic value.

Isn't Irbis the place that does a lot of business doing body swaps and fixing wrecked vehicles? That alone would make me a bit nervous. I'd be asking specific questions about the vehicle to see if it is some sort of rebuild and ask for a Carfax on it.

Unhappy

I looked it up on KBB, and for the mileage, he's asking about right. Now I'm second guessing it...

Here are some of the pictures I promised:

yes they did come with the running boards, however, these things do have a tendancy to be taken off over the years. Yes the grille is chrome, but i wouldnt be worried about additions, like a colour keyed grille, than the lack of or downgrade to (front and rear bumpers). also youre missing your cargo cover.
