Smile Nothing like a new pair of heels!

So we picked her up tonight and she looks good! We had Pro Comp 7005, 17x9 wheels with BFGoodrich KOS A/T 305/65/70 tires put on and got a surprise as the spare wasn't suppose to be in until late next week, but it arrived today.

I also had them put on the EasyLift 3" leveling kit - and I really like it! Originally it had the upgraded "stock" tires on and I think that was just a tad bit of a smoother ride, but this nothing like the Mud Rovers on the jeep like I thought it would be. I do however notice the difference when going over 65. The ride is considerably less smooth than with the stock upgraded tires. However, I'll sacrafice that for what I have - I love it.

We have to take her in tomorrow to get the Sirius looked at again - it's only playing out of the left speaker. Once we get that fixed and the tint next week - she'll be doing good!

Here's a couple of pics for now...

Quick side question...we now have the 5 wheels and tires that came on the truck. They literally have less than 20 miles on them and we want to sell them. Any suggestions on the going rate?

Thanks again for looking!!

Looks great Amy.
Your Pro Comps are similar to my 7089s I picked up a few weeks back.

Did you get wheel locks for them?
I have the info for part #s for the locks I have here.

Best looking factory wheel IMO that Toyota ever made.
I was looking for another set of them, but settled with the Pro Comps I just got.

My stockers will be run during the winter time.

Amy, those stockers by the way go for $340 a piece!

Thanks Corey!! We're going to try and sell them locally first since shipping is such a pain, but to be honest, the market for the FJ here in FL just isn't even close to what it is out West or up North.

I know this belongs on a how 'nother car forum (and it's on there too) but here's my hubs car. He's pretty passionate about his "go-fast" boy (we're going to a G35 meet tomorrow - should I drive the FJ?? ) Wonder what it would look like with the 3" kit??

Nice car.

Take the FJ, they will be swarming all over it.

Bring Windex and wipes too, you will need to get the palm and nose prints off your windows.

Amy,
In the not to distant future you won't even notice the difference in the ride and will find that the KO's are really very quite and smooth rolling down the road.

The first time you get to take them off road they will shine even more as long as you don't find yourself in thick mud or on slick leafy ground. I was not real sure about mine when I first got them and put them on but now I love them they are great for an all around daily driver/weekend off road exploration tire.

They also seem to last forever my Buddie has a set on his 95 Chevy 4x4 that he says have been on there for almost 5 years and still look like they have quite a few miles let on them.

P.S. I agree that you should take the FJ and draw all the attion you can and maybe take home the best of show award and show up the cars.

Hi Amy,

Can you give me a few details on the 3" leveling kit?

This might be what i am looking for to raise the front end on my TRD SE FJ without messing up the stock TRD shocks that came with and that are 'oh so perfectly valved' for my useage.
