Start calling around your town to see who does vinyl graphics. If you show them that pic they can make it for you. Some print shops do it. Find out who does the graphics for businesses around you - plumbers, electricians, contractors, etc.

I agree with Victor, call around your area for vinyl graphics.
That is how I found the guy that makes the YotaTech.com stickers.
Show them your example, they can make one just like it for you.
