Finally 97 2wd 4 cyl lift

Well, I went ahead and put on the 96 front springs/shocks. Yielded a full 2.5" of lift. Just what was wanted. The revised (under the Toy campaign) 96 rear coils gave almost 2", but I have some 99 coils coming.
Adjusted the load adjusting rear brake system to get back the good brakes.
Truck is much smoother and feels even more stable on the highway.
Good stuff!

Front to wheel well from 32.5 to 35"
Rear to wheel well from 33 to just under 35"

Funny the truck still looks level.

See attached pics, some before and after

Oopz, forgot to mention, only the left most pic is the before and the vehicle on the left is the 97. The one on the right has the ome heavy duty coils/shocks and the front has a 1" spacer.

Lastly is a pic of my 96. Just love this truck. 200k miles and many more to come.
