door speakers, regular cab

Yep, have had them done for a while now, just figured i'd put up some pictures. Wasn't really that much of an ordeal really, granted, making the spacers was extremely time consuming. But anyways, just used an air tool with a cut off wheel and made some nice circles for the speakers to fit in.

What material did you use for the spacers?
While those panels are off, you should add some sound proofing inside the doors.

1/4 inch pieces of PCV plastic. I work for a sign shop, and we put a lot of graphics and that type of thing on big PVC boards, so i just used what was laying around and glued five peaces together, four 1/4'' pieces and one 1/8'' piece. But i've seen the stuff and hobby shops and crafts shops to, its really cheap and durable. What do you mean by sound proofing??
