A member on TTORA said they would fit the pre-05 Tacoma's.
I double checked a few post and confirmed that these wheels will fit your 03 as long as it's a 6 lug.

Grind Calipers?
I am very interested in going out and buying these rims myself. I really like the look of them. My question for you is that you really had to grind the calipers to make them work? Do you think 17x9 with a 4.625 backspace would fit with out any grinding?
Any information would be of great help to me.
