Question 92 4runner trim question.

I have a 1992 4runner that I'm fixing up and have a question about the trim/cladding on the doors. When I bought the 4runner there was a piece of the trim that had fallen off and taken some paint with it, so I need to buy a replacement piece. I have search the interweb for hours and cannot find this trim package anywhere.

Is this trim a option or an aftermarket piece, if so where can I get it.

If it's helpful the 4runner came from California.

Thank you.

I have a 92 4Runner SR5..and I don't have that rub rail or those trim pieces..my guess is that was an aftermarket add-on by the previous owner..I would suggest removing those pieces and spray painting with some textured undercoat maybe...You can search here and find some pics that others have done that..looks pretty good..P.S. is that your timing belt hanging from your mirror?

Thanks for the suggestion, didn't even think of that.

just another suggestion...IMO you should concentrate on getting her running first, then on to the cosmetics..

ok..well if you like the look of the undercoat cladding...that should work for you...I've been cleaning up my rig....just painted my intake chamber and throttle body..and engine badge lettering..also painting any rusted brackets...good luck
