Chrome Headlight Bezel (90-91 4Runners)

Where do i get one? or can i just take a knife and carefully take off all the black and touch it up with automotive chrome paint? or do i just paint over it? What is the easiest and cheapest way for me to get this accomplished. You know what i mean, the black bezel that is connected to the grille and holds the side markers in place. and surrounds the headlights.

Taking off the grill is pretty easy.
I had to take off my bumper though.

Spraying it with that "chrome" paint is going to look tacky. Stop at a local junk yard and see if they might have some.
