Colorado - Saturday July 14th - Kingston Peak
We'd like to go Wheeling this Saturday (short notice).
Looks like now we are going to run Kinsgton Peak.
Trail: Kingston Peak -
CB Channel 4
Bring a lunch, Camera, sunscreen, etc.
Please respond or RSVP if you are going to make it so we know who to look for.

I'm going to try but I may have to work.
I look at this trail report and found this lame photo set........53 of the 70+ pics were them posing on the same rock.

JT - are yuo in Golden? we are heading thru there up to highway 119. We could meet yuo in Golden - probably heading out of thornton about 8:30 to 9:00. Right now it's just me (with a truck full of kids) so another vehichle would be some good company. Maybe yuo should give me a call on my cell

Yup, this did happen - and thanks to Jeff for tagging along with us and being patient with out occasional stops.
This is about as close to a wheeling pic that I got...

And here was my in truck crew - we borrowed our twin niece and nephew for the day to treat them to lunch atop a 12000ft mountain!

That's overlooking Loch Lomond (there is a trail that runs to the lake... http://www.traildamage.com/trails/index.php?id=71) This trail we ran, Kingston Peak has several points where yuo are overlooking many lakes like the one above. It's really a must do trail in my opinion - not hard trail but great scenery.
