How much lift did you get from OME 881's?

How much lift did you get from OME 881's?
I am thinking about going with these in the front and was wondering how much lift everyone was getting with them (going from stock suspension). With a quick search, I found several different #'s listed - very confusing. Please make sure to note whether or not you also had trim packers and/or top out spacers.
