so this morning i went out to start my truck and it wouldnt start. after a while of trying i got it to start with my foot on the gas, i can get it to run but it is running really crappy and if i take my foot of the gas it wont idle, it was running fine yesterday aside from a rough idle. what are some suggestions of what it could be i just rebuilt it less than 1500 miles ago with new plugs, wires, ect.

 

bump? anyone also i have just reoiled my k&n the other day and i think i overoiled it. it seems to be missing really bad but i dont know whats causing it

 

If you use too much oil I think you can mess up your MAF, but I would think you would have to use a lot. Nothing else has changed recently?

yeah i did use alot, almost a whole can almost. yes that is the only thing that i can think of that iv done that would affect the way it runs. would i be able to clean my maf or am i ☺☺☺☺ed?

 

so i got it fixed. it turned out to be the egr stuck open
