Getting plans together summer 4runner project!

I am going to be driving my 4runner full time in a week or two so i will be selling my pickup. I have a buyer for it for about $2000

This summer before college I plan to lift the 4runner and put some 33's on it. i have been looking around at 4in lift kits.
i also plan on putting gears in it and i am wishing to do all of this with the $2000.

Its a 94 4runner V6 5spd 4x4
Im looking for any and all input of where to buy, what to buy and if its possible for $2000
Does anyone have any suggestions?
thanks for any input in advance!
