Blower stopped working on '07 Tacoma

'07 Tacoma, I've had it six weeks, 1,670 miles. Yesterday, I had the fan set on Lo. I start the truck, and the fan doesn't blow. Everything else seems to work ok. AC will light up but wont work since there's no fan. I switch the fan to high but there is nothing. I switch AC off. I leave the fan on High. Still no air moving. Great. I drive off.

About 15 minutes and nine miles later, the fan suddenly goes on.

Any ideas?

TIA

x2 or x3 on the dealer thing...get it fixed while it is young..
Probably just a loose connection though.
But if you don't feel like using your warranty, here is a link to the online FSM, complete with schematics:

Here is the link to other online FSM's (96+) you can download the PDF's and print what you need...

lol of course I know about my warranty. But you know what is going to happen, right? They'll say "Well, it works fine now."

Anyway, this morning it did the same thing at startup. So again I clicked it on HI and just left it there as I read my manual. After about five mins, I decided "the hell with it" and pulled my drivers side door closed. SLAM. Fan started blowing. Worked the rest of the day.

It doesn't like cold and it does like vibration.

Thanks for the links, ocdropzone

EDIT: HOLY ****, GREAT LINKS -- THANKS!
