I cannot get my W200 to use the interruption feature... It shows that its speaking, but nothing comes out of the speakers. It says to go to the main source screen and press other.... that does not show up on the main source screen for me. PLEASE HELP!

 

What sound is not playing, and do you have your video bypass wires hooked up, because alpines will not allow you to do some features if this is not engaged.
