I have 2 '87 4Runners I need to sell. Both need some kind of work. I'll do my best to describe them.

1) '87 4Runner SR5 - Grey/Grey with black top.

Rebuilt 22RE motor 10k miles ago. Have paperwork. Runs great..
5 spd, pw/pdl/ac/factory sun roof, etc.....
Shifts fine/ 4x4 fine.
Completely stock.
The BAD: Both side rear 1/4 panel rot, Frame is fine. Some minor surface rust.

2) '87 4Runner SR5 - Silver/Grey with black top.
I don't know much about this one, I just picked it up last week.
Was told motor runs good, bad 5spd trans.
4" ProComp IFS lift, 33" Tires, Bushwacker Cut-out flares, Tube bumpers F&R.
Frame has some rust but no rot. Rocker panels are shot and some other rusty areas.

Both trucks are in NJ, and have clear PA titles.

where in NJ are you and do you know what's wrong with the trans of the second one? Could it be driven or does it have to be towed? Any better pics of the rockers and frame rust?
