Total Loss of Power when truck warms up. Help!!!

Hey everyone, need some advice on my truck. I haven?t got a lot of time or money to be replacing a bunch of parts so I was kind of hoping other people have had the same problem and been able to fix it. Yes I did try searching but nothing seemed to match my problem. Ok here it goes. The truck runs pretty good when you first start it. Decent power good idle and so on. The problem starts when it warms up. Complete loss of power very poor idle, it almost stalls, and when you try to accelerate the truck just bogs down and misses really bad, lots of hesitation until it slowly climbs the rpm range then it gets a sudden burst of power and the truck takes off. Any Ideas?? This is driving me crazy. Not to mention the bad gas mileage. Worst of all is my engine light is not on so I cant even check for codes to know where to start..

New Plugs and wires were already tried with no change.

By the way the truck is a 91 Toyota Pickup 5speed 22re.

Thanks in advance Steve.

Did u check your timing??? Sounds more like a sensor issue tho to me...Perhaps TPS... Perhaps Coolant temp sensor or airflow sensor...

Possibly EGR valve sticking. Or, a small vacuum leak. Sensors? Maybe, or timing. You can check for codes whenever you feel free. It doesn't require the check engine light be on, which doesn't actually come on for every code.
